Captured while canoeing the George River in northern Quebec, this series of images captures the progress of a storm developing in the distance.

After three months of work in the darkroom Rains on the George #1 became one of my most captivating pieces. I find myself drawn to the subtle details of the image; the riverbed itself can be seen in the foreground with the faint variations in tone offer a depth to the flatness of the storm clouds.
